Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original factory packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam inserts are included to prevent transit damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid digital shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
